September 2000 - RockyNet gets connected with UUNET

September 2000, RockyNet adds additional functionality to its Denver Main POP through a dedicated DS3 connection to UUNET. This additional connection brings more speed and reliability to RockyNet's Network Infrastructure.

February 2000 - RockyNet introduced as "Tier 2" ISP

With the addition of a dedicated DS3 from Cable & Wireless to the Denver Main Hop, RockyNet becomes a Tier 2 Internet Service Provider (ISP). The new DS3 is a welcome addition to the Fractional DS3 coming from the RockyNet Boulder Main and backend DS1 from Global Crossing/Frontier.  We're getting 'wired'  for the new millennium and the anticipated e-biz demands.
